Returns
We offer a fair returns policy. We suggest you take a look at our size guide before purchasing. We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Return to;

Shipping
We hold almost all our stock. Weekday cut off for orders with Hermes as the delivery option is 9pm in most cases. There are times such when there's promotions, cup finals etc when we are under pressure but in general we have a pretty good record; 99%+ of orders meet the cut off. You won't be waiting round.
Anything from our Paris Collection, UTR Classics and certain ladies/kids tees are sent via Royal Mail and can take a few days to despatch.
UK Orders
Our default shipping method is "Hermes - Next Day Tracked". It's free on orders over £30 and £4 on orders under £30.
If you'd prefer Royal Mail you can select RM Tracked at checkout which is £4 on orders under £30 or free on orders over £30.
Smaller items (eg. wooly hats, badges, scarves and stickers) can be sent via Royal Mail large letter which is £2.25.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size of items and weight.
International
Brexit has made things more difficult and expensive. We use a provider called Norsk who decides the best networks to use based on the destination. For most countries this is via the domestic postage network. International items are tracked and require a signature. Cost is a flat £10 to Europe and £15 ROW.

We charge a flat $5 for delivery from our Up The Reds North America to US/Canada. Our items are stored and sent from the US.
